Connect In - Fall Retreat

This time is designed to be about self inquiry, exploration, expression and creativity. Together we will cultivate a safe space to be heard by sharing stories and laughter. We will nourish ourselves through the food we eat, the activities we do, the music that will surround us, and the company we keep. The cuisine will be gluten free, vegetarian dishes made with local, organic plant based ingredients and cooked by Chef Lynne

• Yoga - both restorative and flow movement based

Collingwood Free Walking Tour

Tours are Monday and Saturday at 1:30 pm, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 am

Our guided outdoor walks are infused with a little history, a little humour and great suggestions for (mostly free) things to do while you are in town. Everyone is welcome to join us for an easy two hour stroll– rain or shine.

Guides work on a tips only basis. We believe this model encourages more participants to come out and give it a try and ensures our guides give the best service on every tour.
