The North Face Endurance Challenge (July 16-17)

Can you endure the most pronounced elevation gain trail race in Ontario? This challenge cruises along the Niagara Escarpment on the western shores of Georgian Bay and through the ski trails of the Blue Mountains. Distances range from 5K to 50miles. Register online.

Collingwood Elvis Festival (June 28-30)

It may be the largest of its kind, but it’s also a friendly place with a real sense of community. That’s the beauty of the Collingwood Elvis Festival! Anyone who attends can let loose, release their inner Elvis and feel a little bit like The King.

This year’s theme is “Elvis: Celebrating Greatness”. It’s a chance to learn about the man his music, his attitude and his iconic i mage. You’ll find out what made Elvis a pop culture giant and how he continues to influence music and culture even today.

Collingwood Free Walking Tour

Tours are Monday and Saturday at 1:30 pm, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 am

Meet in front of the Federal building: 44 Hurontario Street, Collingwood, L9Y 2L6

Our guided outdoor walks are infused with a little history, a little humour and great suggestions for (mostly free) things to do while you are in town. Everyone is welcome to join us for an easy two hour stroll– rain or shine.

Guides work on a tips only basis. We believe this model encourages more participants to come out and give it a try and ensures our guides give the best service on every tour.
